4. Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour, size, or texture are normal for natural produce.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to limit purchase quantities.
- Stock availability is shown at the time of order, but is subject to change. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund the affected items.
5. Order acceptance
An order is confirmed only after we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, restricted PIN codes, or violation of these Terms — and will refund any amount already charged.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. We do not store your card or banking credentials. By paying, you authorise the charge for the full order amount including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Because we sell perishable food, returns are limited to damage, spoilage, and incorrect-item cases.
9. Food safety
Our products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle tree nuts. If you have any food allergies, please review the ingredient list on each product page before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including the AKY Family name and logo, product photos, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to AKY Trading Company and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
11. User conduct
