- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to revise prices, withdraw products, or limit quantities at any time without notice.
4. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
- Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways and direct UPI.
- In case of payment fraud or chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Allergens and food safety
Our products are nuts and dry fruits, processed in a facility that handles tree nuts. Customers with allergies are advised to read product details carefully and consult a doctor before consuming. Always store products in a cool, dry place and use within the best-before date marked on the package.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, the AKY Family logo, and design — is the property of AKY Trading Company and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKY Trading Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control — natural calamities, civil disturbances, weather disruptions, or transport strikes (events common to mountainous regions like Banihal).
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ramban, Jammu & Kashmir.
