Because our products are perishable food items, our return policy is necessarily limited — but we will always do the right thing where the issue is on us.
1. Eligibility for return
- The product was damaged in transit
- You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity
- The product was clearly spoilt or had quality issues at the time of delivery
- The product was past its best-before date when delivered
2. Not eligible
- Change of mind after delivery (food items are perishable and cannot be re-stocked)
- Products consumed in part beyond what is necessary to identify a defect
- Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Products stored improperly after delivery, leading to quality loss
3. How to raise a refund / return request
- Email globeitout@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will respond within 2 working days
4. Refund processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method
- UPI/bank refunds typically reflect in 2–4 working days; card refunds may take up to 7 working days
- In some cases we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund as appropriate
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled — it can only be returned per the rules above.
