Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship from

All AKY Family orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi. While our nuts and dry fruits originate from Banihal, Jammu & Kashmir, we ship from Delhi for faster nationwide delivery and better cold-chain control.

2. Where we ship to

We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Order processing time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once the parcel is handed over to the courier (usually within 1–2 working days).

4. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are counted from the day the parcel is dispatched (not from when the order is placed):

  • Delhi NCR: 1–2 working days
  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 working days
  • Other Tier 1 / Tier 2 cities: 3–6 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–8 working days
  • Jammu & Kashmir, North-East, remote PIN codes: 7–12 working days

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during festivals, monsoons, or due to courier-side disruptions.

5. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery PIN code and order weight. Wherever applicable, free shipping thresholds and promotional offers are displayed on the cart and checkout pages.

6. Tracking your order

  • You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is shipped.
  • You can also track orders by signing in at akyfamily.com/my-account.
  • If your tracking link does not update for more than 4 working days, write to us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

7. Packaging

All products are packed in food-safe, sealed pouches and protected with tamper-evident outer packaging. We use moisture-resistant materials suitable for ambient transport.

8. Lost or undelivered parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimated delivery date and the tracking shows no movement, please write to akyfamilynuts@gmail.com with your order number. We will raise a formal investigation with the courier; resolution typically takes 5–10 working days. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship the order or issue a full refund per your preference.

9. Address changes

Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. To update an address before dispatch, write to us within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate the change.
