AKY Family ships across India from our base in Banihal, Jammu & Kashmir.
1. Processing time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
- Severe weather in J&K (snowfall, road closures on NH-44) may delay dispatch by 1–3 days; we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.
2. Delivery time
- Jammu & Kashmir: 2–4 working days
- North India (Punjab, HP, Delhi NCR, Haryana, UP, RJ, Uttarakhand): 4–6 working days
- Rest of India: 5–8 working days
- North-East and islands: 7–12 working days
3. Shipping charges
- Local (J&K): Free above ₹499; ₹50 below
- North India: Free above ₹999; ₹80 below
- Rest of India: Free above ₹1499; ₹120 below
- North-East / Islands: ₹180 flat
Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your pin code and order weight.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email/WhatsApp you the courier name and tracking number.
5. Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or photograph it on receipt and contact us within 24 hours at globeitout@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
6. International shipping
We currently ship within India only.
